How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE Australia-Wide on orders over $30.

Orders below $30 will incur a $10 flat rate shipping charge Australia-wide.

Do you offer International Shipping?

2 Sydney Stylists...loves! ships to New Zealand, USA and Canada.

Any order to a New Zealand destination enjoys $20.00 AUD flat rate shipping. 

Orders to the USA and Canada enjoys $30.00 AUD flat rate shipping.

How long till I receive my order?

All online orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment clearing. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We use a registered postal service throughout Australia with tracking from door to door. Deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched to Australia, please email support@2sydneystylists.com so we can follow up.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES 

At 2 Sydney Stylists...loves! we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!

You can return or exchange any full priced item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition 14 days of order receipt to receive a full refund or credit. Please note, all shipping costs to and from 2 Sydney Stylists...loves! is to be covered by the customer and tracking is required.

If the item is faulty, please contact 2 Sydney Stylists...loves! via email at support@2sydneystylists.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please include your order number, photo of fault and reason for return.  All shipping costs to and from 2 Sydney Stylists...loves! are to be covered by the customer. We will ensure all issues are dealt with swiftly!

Any return item(s) that is a change of heart must be intact and in a saleable condition. Please be mindful that most of our products are of fragile nature and must be packed with care. 2 Sydney Stylists...loves! will not accept your exchange if we consider the item(s) used, damaged or broken due to inappropriate packaging via transit, misuse or wear and tear.

Your return(s) must be sent via registered post so that it can be tracked as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through transit.

Once your item(s) is returned and inspected, we will send you email confirmation that is has been received. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note:

Once you try on or wear your head wrap, it's yours. Thanks for understanding this condition. It helps us reduce waste and ensure return items are hygienic.

All earrings are FINAL SALE unless damaged or defective. This is also a hygiene requirement.

    Can I return a sale item?
    Please note, there is NO exchange or refund on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.
     

    Can I return an item from an international delivery?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, unless damaged or defective.
